Nicolas Le Forestier - Success after Surgery Rehab
August 05, 2007
With the unpleasant memory of his October knee surgery now confined to past history, Nicolas le Forestier has returned to the competitive arena with renewed resolve and a matchless determination to win.
After his success at the Masters, in May, with a superb course record score of 12050, Nick had his sights focused on the world record in June. An untimely fall, on an 800 point trick (which would have seen him tie for the world record) robbed him of the opportunity on this occasion.
Not to be daunted, Nick then defeated all comers at the Malibu Open, with solid scores of 11400 and 11470. He then built upon that success with a record tournament in Meuzac, achieving a spectacular 12200 point score.
In fact, all of this was still not sufficient to gratify this man’s lust for the podium. Last weekend at the World Cup stop in Dubna, Russia, spectators witnessed him take top honours, yet again.
