John R. Dorton, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director.
Mr. Dorton has been President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC since February 1999. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Marketing Director and Vice President of Marketing of MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Dorton was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at AmeriFIT, Inc. in the home fitness equipment industry. Mr. Dorton serves on the Board of Directors of the National Marine Manufacturers Association and is Vice Chairman of its Boat Manufacturers Division and Chairman of its Marketing Committee. He is also a Director with the Water Sports Industry Association and Crownline Boats, Inc. He was President of the Water Sports Industry Association from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Dorton is a member of the Marine Design Research Alliance, the Young Presidents Organization and the Chief Executive Network. Mr. Dorton is actively involved in the water sports community and competes in tournaments at the state and national level. Mr. Dorton received his B.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee and has completed advanced studies at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Harvard Business School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

James Valkenaar, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary.
Mr. Valkenaar has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC since February 1999. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Vice President of Finance of MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC.

Scott Crutchfield, Senior Vice President of Sales.
Mr. Crutchfield has been Senior Vice President of Sales at MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC since June 2006. He joined MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC in 1997 and served as Director of Worldwide Sales from 1997 to 1999 and Vice President of Sales from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Crutchfield has worked in the powerboat industry for over 23 years, with extensive sales experience with brands including Malibu, Wellcraft, Celebrity, Donzi and Yamaha. Mr. Crutchfield serves on the National Marine Manufacturers Association's Boat Shows Committee and is one of the founders of the American Kneeboard Association. Mr. Crutchfield is actively involved in the water sports community and competes in tournaments at the state and national level.

David A. Kirkland, Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Kirkland has been CIO since April 2008. From 2000 to 2008, he served as Director of Information Systems. Prior to that Mr. Kirkland was Manager of Information Systems at TRW Koyo Steering Systems (now a division of JTEKT Automotive), a tier one automotive supplier. Mr. Kirkland was with TRW Koyo for 12 years. Mr. Kirkland is a member of the Senior Executive Network, is a board member for curriculum development at Cleveland State Community College. Mr. Kirkland received his B.A. in Computer Science/Mathematics from Maryville College, completed advanced studies with the Tatum CIO Executives, and has completed studies in various advanced technology areas.

Tim M. Oxley, Vice President of Business Performance.
Mr. Oxley has been Vice President of Business Performance of MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC since June 2006. Mr. Oxley has extensive powerboat industry experience, having served in various senior financial roles at Brunswick for 16 years. Prior to joining MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC, Mr. Oxley was the Chief Financial Officer of Brunswick's Freshwater Boat Group from 2004 to 2006, the Chief Financial Officer of Brunswick's Sea Ray Division from 2002 to 2004 and the Chief Financial Officer of Baja Marine Corporation (a division of Brunswick) from 1998 to 2002. Before Brunswick, he was Senior Auditor at Arthur Anderson LLP. Mr. Oxley's key contributions to MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC have been strategic planning, modeling, due diligence, budgeting and forecasting. Mr. Oxley received his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant.

John Fausch, Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Fausch was appointed Director of Operations in 2005 with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC. One year later he was appointed to Vice President of Operations. Previously, Mr. Fausch served over 32 years with the well-respected John Deere Operations in supply chain management and manufacturing. Mr. Fausch worked in all aspects of the business from managing operations in the small lawn tractors to overseeing the production of large construction equipment. After a short retirement, Mr. Fausch went back to work for MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC. Mr. Fausch's key contributions to MasterCraft have been to oversee all operations including research & development, engineering, daily manufacturing operations, supply chain management processes, Lean Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing programs, safety initiatives, benchmarking, quality assurance and warranty / technical services. Mr. Fausch holds a B.S. degree from Iowa State University and a M.B.A. degree from the University of Dubuque. Mr. Fausch has also additional classes in lean manufacturing, demand flow technology, quality by design and world class manufacturing at institutions like Darden at the University of Virginia and the University of Kentucky.

John Behling, Vice President of Global Marketing.
Mr. Behling was appointed Director of Marketing in 2006. A year later, he was promoted to VP of Global Marketing. Previously Mr. Behling served as Graphic Designer, Art Director, and Account Manager for various agencies. Later on Mr. Behling worked as Marketing Manager and Director for several consumer product companies such as Jim Beam Brands Company, Life Fitness, and most recently, Red Bull North America. Mr. Behling has extensive knowledge in brand management, market research, and strategic marketing. Mr. Behling's key contributions to MasterCraft have been to oversee all marketing activities, such as brand management, new product rollouts, endemic and non-endemic events, athletes, media relations and PR efforts. Mr. Behling holds a B.F.A. degree from Iowa State University and has attended advanced management classes at the Kellogg School of Management.

Greg Stanley, Vice President of Human Resources.
Mr. Stanley has been Vice President of Human Resources with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC since July 2006. From 1996 to 2006, he served as Director of Human Resources with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Stanley was Director of Human Resources for Clayton Homes, Inc. Mr. Stanley received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.

Ian Birdsall, Vice President of International Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
Mr. Birdsall was appointed Vice President of International Sales, Marketing and Customer Service with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC in June 2006. Mr. Birdsall has a long and proven history with MasterCraft that began when he was 16. After a brief meeting with the founder of MasterCraft, Mr. Birdsall and his family established MasterCraft of UK, from which they built, distributed and marketed MasterCraft boats. Over the next thirty years, Mr. Birdsall launched MasterCraft dealerships in 25 different countries, used innovative marketing initiatives and worked feverishly to grow water sports in an effort to firmly establish MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC in the global market. Mr. Birdsall's key contributions to MasterCraft have been to expand the current international distribution network, specifically in all territories except North and Central America, as well as assisting the international community in adopting the customer service and marketing philosophy that has made MasterCraft a leader in consumer satisfaction and brand equity in the US.

Scott Wood, Vice President of New Product Development and Engineering.
Mr. Wood was appointed Director of New Product Development and Engineering in 2005 with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC. One year later, he was appointed to Vice President of New Product Development and Engineering. Previously Mr. Wood served in plant and operations management for boat manufacturers such as Bruno and Stillman Yacht Company, Sisu Boat Company and York Harbor Yacht Company. Mr. Wood then moved into managing product development and engineering with companies like Boston Whaler and Chris Craft and then, Mr. Wood served as VP of product planning and development for Hinckley Yacht Company before his transition to MasterCraft. Mr. Wood's key contributions to MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC have been to oversee all phases of product development including extensive market research, benchmarking, and designing and engineering exciting new products to meet customer's high expectations. With a background that also includes marketing, he is well equipped to meet the various needs of the sales and marketing channels. Mr. Wood holds a B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire with a minor in Business Administration and emphasis in marketing and operation behavior.
